The AVM FRITZ!Box 7490 builds on the upcoming WLAN 802.11ac standard
With its top DSL model AVM is once again setting standards for home networking. For wireless connections the fast Wireless AC standard is deployed. Three independent wireless LAN data streams provide for high throughput rates even over greater distances. In addition to Wireless AC with 1300 Mbit/s (5 GHz), a Wireless N network with 450 Mbit/s (2.4 GHz) can be used at the same time.
