The Valcom VIP-431-DS-IC wall speaker is an angled wall mount speaker capable of two-way communication with an integrated 5 character digital clock. This model is meant for use with InformaCast IP paging software.

The VIP-431-DS IP Talkback Wall Speaker with Digital Clock enables two-way handsfree voice access to a single location over an IP-based network. This allows a page zone extension anywhere on the network. The speaker audio level is electronically adjusted via software. Clock synchronization is acquired from a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server, either a private internal server or from the Internet. A call switch input is provided for call initiation. The enclosure is made of steel with a durable gray powder coated finish and features an angled design to direct sound downward. The color of the enclosure can easily be changed to match any decor. A detachable black cloth grille is included. Power is provided to the VIP-431-DS via a Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch meeting the 802.3af specification.
