The call pickup function allows you to pick up a call ringing on other phones. This feature requires some understanding in order to be configured correctly and operate as required. You can also limit call pickups through extension group membership and by editing the global pickup setting. Basically, everyone can pick any call in the system at any point by using the dial code *20* from their IP phone or by the use of a dedicated BLF key assigned by the administrator to the device.<\/p>\n
Note:<\/span>\u00a0Snom IP Phones use a different approach to pick up calls. A snom IP Phone will follow the above logic when the Call Pickup dial code (by default *20*) is used.
