This window displays available extensions

Calls can be placed by drag and drop motion from one extension to another, or directly from phone display to extension for example. A right click on contact name is available as well and offers more possible actions regarding selected extension. By this way user can be:

- Called from gloCOM or monitored extensions

- Chat conversation can be started

- Email can be sent to user

- Fax can be sent to users number

- User can be invited into conference

- User's calls can be monitored

- More information about user can be seen
