A truly awful product, mainly because the documentation is so bad.

Looking for a firmware update ? Try searching for 'RTX firmware' NADA!

Web interface only seems to work properly with IE. Not a good sign.

NAT doesn't appear to work as it should behind a firewall. All in all, pretty grim.
