Grandstream GWN7711P 8-Port Gigabit Layer 2 Lite Managed PoE Switch (GWN7711P)

The Grandstream GWN7711P is a Layer 2 Lite managed network switch designed to help small-to-medium businesses build scalable, secure and smart business networks. It features 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 of which are IEEE 802.3af/at compliant PoE ports with up to 30W per port and a 60W total power budget for powering IP phones, IP cameras, Wi-Fi access points and other PoE endpoints. Port 1 additionally supports 48V 4-pair passive PoE up to 60W, and ports 1–4 support 24VDC passive PoE mode configurable via the UI, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices.

The GWN7711P supports VLAN (port-based and 802.1Q), Voice VLAN for VoIP connection quality, QoS for traffic prioritisation, IGMP Snooping for multicast efficiency, and PoE Watchdog for continuous PoE monitoring. It maintains PoE power supply during soft restarts to prevent data loss from cameras and other endpoints. Security features include storm control, DHCP Snooping, spanning tree and loop prevention. The metal enclosure supports desktop and wall-mount deployment. Management is available via the embedded controller, GDMS Networking (cloud) and GWN Manager (on-premise).
