Grandstream GSC3560 Smart Outdoor Intercom (GSC3560)

The Grandstream GSC3560 Smart Outdoor Intercom is a rugged, IP66 and IK10-rated SIP-based audio intercom designed for demanding outdoor deployments including schools, residential communities, SMBs, metro stations, senior living facilities, and high-security environments. Built with a durable metal casing, the GSC3560 delivers industrial-grade protection against dust, water, and impact across its entire surface.

The GSC3560 features a dual-microphone array with a pickup distance of up to 6 m, a high-performance 10 W speaker delivering 90 dB in intercom mode and 100 dB in broadcast mode, and AI-powered noise suppression for crystal-clear audio in noisy environments. A built-in Solid State Relay (SSR) on the second relay output provides robust protection against external magnetic interference, making it well suited for high-security lock control. Door unlock is supported via SIP call, HTTP API, or the Grandstream SecureAccess app.

Connectivity is handled via a single 10/100 Mbps PoE+ (802.3at) Ethernet port, simplifying installation. The versatile I/O terminal block integrates alarm inputs, line-out for external speakers or induction loops, RS-485, and two relay outputs into a unified security network. Cloud-based management is available through GDMS UC, GDMS SecureAccess, and the Grandstream SecureAccess app, and the GSC3560 is compatible with Home Assistant for smart home integration.
