The Grandstream WP816 is a cordless Wi-Fi IP phone suitable for many enterprise and vertical market applications, including offices, retail, logistics, healthcare, security, and more. Equipped with integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (2.4GHz and 5GHz), an advanced antenna design, and 802.11k/r/v roaming support, the WP816 delivers reliable wireless connectivity throughout large environments. It supports 2 SIP accounts, 5-way voice conferencing, and the Opus HD voice codec.

The WP816 features a dual-microphone design with AEC, Noise Shield Technology, and AI Noise Cancellation for clear communication in challenging acoustic environments. Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 enables wireless headset connectivity, while a configurable push-to-talk button supports alarm and paging functions. The phone provides 6 hours of talk time and 120 hours of standby time through a 1500mAh lithium-ion battery, with fast charging via a USB Type-C port. An accelerometer, emergency button, and proximity sensor add further utility for demanding environments.
