The base station and additional handsets worked well (eventually), but the support for new users is practically non-existent. Many of the links in the faq section don't work, and even when they do work, the explanations are not clear. My problem was a really simple one: I could get a dial tone on all handsets, but couldn't make calls. The fix was really simple: I merely had to put funds to cover calling fees into my account! Problem solved. I know this sounds so obvious, but no-one thought to explain that although the 'free calls ' is true, it's only for incoming calls or calls to other VoiP users. It's only after the top-up was completed that you find the instruction to 'top-up' when the balance on your account falls too low!
Now that the base station and handsets are working, it's great, and I would recommend the DP715/DP710 to any small business, but do bear in mind that it is NOT a plug and play installation!
