A brilliant piece of hardware. Smaller and lighter than I had expected (as compared to a previous analogue version from Cicso).

Very easy to use. Everyone who has used it so far has been very impressed with the sound quality, clarity and range of microphone pickup.

Our device is in a smallish meeting room (seats 6) and all the participants can be clearly heard.

We're using this with the 3CX software PBX (currently using the free edition). Configuring the SoundStation is not quite as intuitive as some interfaces, but then nearly all the interfaces for configuring VoIP devices I've used so far have suffered clarity/usability in some form or another.

It took me a lot of searching on the Polycom website to discover the admin username for the built-in web configuration pages. (See page 4-99 of the admin PDF, under "Local web server access".)

Once you know the credentials and what bits to adjust, it works very well. Luckily, 3CX provide a configuration guide for this model/range (or you can provision it from the PBX server if that suits your setup).
