I think this was one off, if not the cheapest VOIP phonee on the VoipOn site. It arrived within 2 days, the config screen is simple and getting the latest firmware worked perfectly. When I did a config question and submitted a ticket to ViopOn this was answered within hours and immediately solved my issue. So the phone is cheap, no LCD and limited number memory but for what I paid it is excellent quality and works perfectly.
